With the submission of this registration form, I grant permission for my child(children), to participate in the Community Egg Hunt organized by Maranatha Church on March 23, 2024. I acknowledge that participation in the Community Egg Hunt may involve certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, and property damage. I understand the potential risks associated with small objects that fit inside an Easter egg may pose a choking hazard. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child's (children’s) participation in this event. Further, I release and promise to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maranatha Church, the church staff, volunteers, and other participants involved in any Easter Egg Hunt-related activities from any liability, claims, damages, or injuries that may arise as a result of my child(s) participation in the event.
